At ShahreCart, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging with tags

Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement:
An unboxing video is required as proof for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return, exchange, or refund request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

Personal care & hygiene products

Customized or personalized products

Hazardous materials or flammable items

Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For exchanges, please contact us via email.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI (details required)

Refund Timeline:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval

It may take additional time for banks/payment providers to reflect the amount
